The Mission of the American Red Cross:
The American Red Cross - Outagamie Chapter is a humanitarian organization, led
by volunteers, that provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people
prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. It does this through services
that are consistent with its congressional charter and the fundamental
principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent movement.

Disaster Services
Providing assistance to individuals and/or emergency services personnel consisting of lodging, food, clothing, personal care items, and much more.
22 dwellings affected involving 82 individuals
Community disaster preparedness class also provided to 1,466 children
Armed Forces Emergency Services (AFES)
Provided communications between military service personnel worldwide and local family members including deployment briefings. Financial assistance verification for military aid society grants and loans is also provided.

Health and Safety Services
Provided life saving courses in First Aid, CPR, AED {Automated External Defibrillator}, Aquatics, Babysitting and other community based education.
1,152 classes taught to 8,560 participants
Shopping and Errand Services
Providing grocery shopping, medication pick-up, banking and other personalized errands to Outagamie County residents who are 60 years old, homebound, and/or disabled.
168 persons served with 1,695 personalized errands
Volunteer Services
Volunteers are the Heart of the Red Cross. Volunteers participated in AFES casework, disaster response, shopping and errand service, blood banks, special events, receptionist duties, and many other valuable roles to support the community based programs and services conducted by the Outagamie Chapter of the American Red Cross.

United Way
The American Red Cross - Outagamie Chapter receives funding from United Way
agencies with the United Way of the Fox Cities being the largest single source
of funding for our organization. We are a partner in fund raising with the
United Way of the Fox Cities. A yearly reporting of our financial statement may
