Course Registration

Pre-registration is required for all classes.                                Click here to purchase first aid supplies

How to Register:

  • Register Online and Course Schedules
  • Please register online at least 72 hours in advance of the course. If registering for a course schedule within 72 hours, call 920-733-4481.
  • For general public registration: You may register via mail, in person, or with a credit card number over the telephone. Payment must accompany registration. - Print registration form.
  • For corporations registering employees: Please provide appropriate billing information and purchase order number. Please note transfer and cancellation policies listed below.
  • Shipping fees do not apply to course registration.

Transfers:

  • Participant may request one transfer at least three business days prior to the start of the course. Registrants who request a course transfer less than three business days before the class will be charged an additional $10.

Cancellations:

  • A refund will be issued for cancellations made at least three business days prior to the start of the course, less a $5 cancellation fee. American Red Cross - Outagamie Chapter reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration. Scheduled participants will be notified of cancellation via telephone two business days prior to the date of the class, and may then reschedule or request a full refund.

If a participant fails a course, the participant has the option of retaking a class at 50 percent of the original class fee.

Most courses involve practicing skills on the floor; we recommend that participants wear clothing that allows easy movement.

The Red Cross constantly strives to respond to the preparedness concerns of Americans at home, in school and in the workplace by providing training and the lifesaving skills of CPR and first aid. Today's programs also include teaching lay persons and professionals how to use automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to save victims of sudden cardiac arrest.

The American Red Cross - Outagamie Chapter offers training for all ages. Whether you work with children, want training for a new or existing job, are a professional rescuer or simply want to know how to help someone in an emergency, we can help you build the skills you need.
