The Red
Cross is a symbol of hope throughout the world.
Formed in 1917, the American Red Cross - Outagamie
Chapter has a long-standing tradition of serving
Northeast Wisconsin residents in Outagamie County and
the Town of Harrison in Calumet County. Affiliated with the International
Red Cross, we respond to local and national disasters,
and raise funds for international relief.
The American Red Cross responds to disasters such as
hurricanes, floods, earthquakes and fires, or other
situations that cause human suffering or create human
needs that those affected cannot alleviate without
assistance. It is an independent, humanitarian,
voluntary organization, not a government agency.
Locally, a wide range of human services are provided
including disaster relief and education, armed forces
emergency services (AFES), international services,
shopping and errand services for seniors and those with
disabilities, health and safety education, youth
learning experiences and volunteer opportunities. Click
on Services to learn more about our programs.
We are proud to serve our community and encourage you to
learn more about preparing for disasters by visiting our
"Get Prepared" page. Consider taking a
Health & Safety class, making
a donation, or exploring
volunteer opportunities.
Thank you for visiting the Outagamie Chapter.
