The special events listed below raise funds to supply services of disaster, AFES,
health and safety, shopping and errand to name a few, to more than 9,000
residents in and around the Fox Cities and Clintonville/Marion area.
Plan now to attend Soup’s On 2008, the gala fund raiser for the Outagamie Chapter of the American Red Cross. The festivities will be held at the Grand Meridian on
January 31, 2008 from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M.
Funds raised at the event support the much-needed services provided by the Outagamie Chapter, from assisting victims of local disasters and connecting military servicemen and women with their families during times of family crises, to providing shopping and errand services for homebound residents and offsetting costs for health and safety courses offered to community and workforce members.
You will enjoy swinging jazz and mouthwatering gourmet soups, breads, cheeses, pastries, wines and micro-brewed beers supplied by the leading restaurateurs of our community.
The evening also hosts voting on your favorite soup, the suspense of a silent auction, drop raffle, and door prizes. Join other leaders in our community in celebrating the gifts and services supplied by the Outagamie Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Tickets are $45.00.
Companies and individuals interested in sponsoring the event, or donating prizes and auction items should contact the Outagamie Chapter no later than November 1, 2007 to ensure inclusion in the program and promotional materials. Call 920/733-4481 for details.
Join our Heroes Team in leading the way to providing Red Cross services in our
community! The funds raised through the Heroes Campaign enable the Red Cross to
deliver its programs and services.
Each Hero raises $1,000, at a minimum. Through the Heroes campaign, the Red
Cross involves as many individuals as possible to raise funds in fun and
creative ways.
The Heroes Campaign occurs during the month of May 2008.
